Method

1. Place sugar, salt, Colco, glycose, egg and flavour into a bowl.
2. Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes using a beater.
3. Add flour and baking powder.
4. Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes.
5. Melt butter and chocolate. Stir into the mixture.
6. Pour the batter into rectangular bar moulds.
7. Bake at 190-200°C for approx. 16 minutes in small moulds.
8. Use a whisk and mix hazelnut truffle, butter and Colco light and fluffy.
9. Fill the cake with the mixture.
10. Dip the cake in Croquant truffle (5372) and garnish with the remaining hazelnut filling.
