Method

1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl. Leave walnuts and carrot for later.
2. Mix on medium speed for 5-6 minutes. Add walnuts and carrot at the end of the mixing time.
3. Fill in small round or rectangular cake moulds.
4. Bake at 175°C for 15-20 minutes.
5. Mix butter, powder sugar, Colco and flavour creamy using a beater.
6. Add cream cheese.
7. Garnish with frosting and dip in White Non temp (5225).
