Method

1. Place sugar, Driv, butter and flavour into a bowl.
2. Mix on slow speed for 3 minutes using a beater. Add the oil slowly.
3. Add flour, ammonium carbonate and spices. Blend carefully.
4. Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
5. Roll the dough into small balls and gently press the top to form round cakes.
6. Bake at 150°C for 13-16 minutes.
7. Garnish with Salted millionaires caramel (4717) and Dark Non temp (5205).
