Method

1. Place sugar, Driv, butter and flavour into a bowl.
2. Mix on slow speed for 3 minutes using a beater. Add the oil slowly.
3. Add flour and ammonium carbonate and blend carefully.
4. Add dried chopped cranberries.
5. Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
6. Roll the dough into small balls and gently press the top to form round cookies.
7. Bake at 150°C for 13-16 minutes.
