Method

1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl.
2. Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes.
3. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. Mix on fast speed for 30 seconds.
4. Carefully add approx 15% of cloudberries.
5. Fill small muffin forms and bake at 190 > 175°C for approx. 17 minutes.
